Returns
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return your quote with in 30 days of your purchase, and we will either refund your money, or send you a new quote.
Shipping
We ship out as quickly as possible, but because of the customization of each quote, and because they are made to order, we ship between 3-5 business days from the day ordered. If you need it sooner, overnight shipping is our top priority!
Your lettering will be shipped in a tube mailer.
Just a reminder that only the text letters will be shipped, not the background.
International
We ship internationally all the time. Here are the rates and times:
Canada: $8 for first class, plan on 2 weeks
EU and Australia: $25, plan on 2 weeks

Note: Overlapping Phrases or Oversized Phrases
If you order two phrases that are made for one to be placed on top of the other, we will send each phrase separately (from the other) but in the same tube mailer. Just apply them the way you designed them to overlap. It's easily done!
