Shipping
Rate: Free shipping on all US orders over $25! Overnight and rush shipping available.
Processing Time: 2-3 business days. Each custom design is made to order. In most cases we’re able to process quicker, but if you need it sooner, overnight shipping is our top priority!
Packaging: Your lettering will be shipped in a tube mailer and is packaged with care.
Note: We are not responsible for the Post Office, but we’ll work with you to the best of our ability!
International
We’re based in the US, but we ship internationally all the time. Here are the rates and times:
- Canada Economy: $9.50 for first class, plan on 2 weeks
- EU International Priority: $40, plan on 2 weeks
- Australia Economy: $12

Note: Overlapping Phrases or Oversized Phrases
If you order two phrases that are made for one to be placed on top of the other, we will send each phrase separately (from the other) but in the same tube mailer. Just apply them the way you designed them to overlap.
