Returns
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return your quote within 30 days of your purchase, and we will either refund your money or send you a new quote.
Shipping
Rate: Free shipping on all US orders over $25!
Processing Time: 1-2 business day for custom and 1 day for pre-made designs. Each custom design is made to order. In most cases we’re able to process quicker, but if you need it sooner, overnight shipping is our top priority!
Packaging: Your lettering will be shipped in a tube mailer and is packaged with care.
Note: We are not responsible for the Post Office, but we’ll work with you to the best of our ability!
International
We’re based in the US, but we ship internationally all the time. Here are the rates and times:
- Canada: $8 for first class, plan on 2 weeks
- EU and Australia: $25, plan on 2 weeks

Note: Overlapping Phrases or Oversized Phrases
If you order two phrases that are made for one to be placed on top of the other, we will send each phrase separately (from the other) but in the same tube mailer. Just apply them the way you designed them to overlap.
